I've been gifted the ability to do energy work and Love it ! It's my life. My experience of 40 years in hands-on work has been a joy. I started in Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist Assistant and eventually evolved into the world of Energy Work & Bodywork. I'm a Certified Zero Balancing Practitioner, NH State Licensed, and Nationally Board Certified Massage Therapist.

My practice includes advanced training in Zero Balancing, Soul Lightening Acupressure, CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release Techniques, and Visceral Manual Therapy.
